Paper ”Cognitive Self-Healing System for Future Mobile Networks” by Fedor Chernogorov, Ilmari Repo, Vilho Räisänen, Timo Nihtilä and Janne Kurjenniemi has been accepted to be presented in the IWCMC 2015 Conference, August 24-27, 2015, in Dubrovnik, Croatia. The results presented in this paper have been received by Magister Solutions in cooperation with Nokia Networks, during participation in EU-funded Celtic-Plus COMMUNE (COgnitive network ManageMent under UNcErtainty) project. The developed demonstration framework shows that cognitive techniques, combined with data mining methods can be efficient for improvement of self-healing and performance monitoring in existing and future mobile networks.
